Living in a shared environment can provide participants with opportunities to develop independence while receiving assistance with everyday activities. Our daily tasks and shared living support focuses on helping participants manage their routines and participate actively in their home environment.

Support may include assistance with meal preparation, personal routines, household organisation, cleaning, shopping and other daily living activities depending on the participant’s individual needs. The level and type of support can be adjusted according to each person’s abilities, preferences and goals.

Shared living is also about learning how to comfortably share a home with others. Participants may be supported to develop communication, household responsibility, decision-making and other practical skills that can contribute to a positive and respectful living environment.

Our goal is to create an environment where participants feel safe, comfortable and included in decisions about their everyday life. We encourage independence while ensuring appropriate assistance remains available when it is needed.
